  1. I never thought about writing with a keyboard…but you’re right. I do the same thing, editing every few lines. It makes me wonder if, with the increase in 1:1 tech in schools, if this will change the way we teach the writing process in the very near future.

    • Good point! I teach my ESL students the writing process which I do, but the extra step of editing as I go I have never mentioned to them. I had never really thought about doing so until now.

  2. I type and compose and write and edit and revise all at one. Not sure if that’s always the best process.

    • For me, it depends on what I am writing. I like teaching students the Writing Process, but this does make me rethink a bit exact how I teach it. I do make a lot of changes as I write that I have never really thought to share with my students.
